On the verge of winning seats in the U.S. Senate, ambitious politician David Norris (Damon) meets a beautiful contemporary ballet dancer Sellas Elise (Emily Blunt) - a woman like nothing he's ever known. But only when he realized he was falling for him, a mysterious man conspire to keep the two separate.
David learned his fate against the agency itself - people Adjustment Bureau - which will perform all the power that be enough to prevent David and Elise of togetherness. In the face of tremendous obstacles, he either had to let him go and receive the specified path ... or any risk against Providence and with him.
"Adjustment Bureau" is based on a short story by Philip K. Dick ("Total Recall," "Minority Report" and "Blade Runner").
