This film between Ronnie Valentine (Vince Vaughn) and Nick (Kevin James) are two people who almost inseparable companions. Everyone knows that. Since college, they both have been through tough times together and this further strengthens their bond of brotherhood. Even after college when they were both still remain inseparable. They opened a business together.
Ronnie and Nick open the company's current automotive design and their business is booming. They both are targeting a project that would have catapulted their business. With the help of Beth (Jennifer Connelly), a lover Ronny and Geneva (Winona Ryder), the wife of Nick, the opportunity to develop their businesses became more wide open.
In the tense moments like this, suddenly the problem arises that makes Ronnie stuck in a dilemma. Ronnie accidentally saw Geneva was with another man. Ronnie has regard Nick as his own brother was then trying to investigate Geneva. In the midst of the investigation, Ronnie was also found that if Nick had a secret which is never compromised.
